Use a suede or crepe brush to lift the nap and remove dust after wear. Do not apply wax or cream polish — it will flatten the nap and darken the surface permanently.
Work light scuffs out with a suede eraser or a dry brush. For oily marks, blot first and let the spot dry fully before brushing.
A suede protector spray applied before first wear, and refreshed periodically, helps the nap shed water and resist staining.
These boots are not waterproof. If they get damp, let them dry naturally at room temperature away from direct heat, then brush the nap back up.
